50 years of life dedicated to the Pastoral Mission in service to the People.

On January 24, 2026, in the city of Regente Feijó/SP, the celebration of the 50th Jubilee of Consecrated Life of Sister Rosa de Paula, as a Sister of Jesus the Good Shepherd - Little Shepherdess, took place, with the presence and participation of the local community and family. The celebration was presided over by Father Cristiano, Pallottine, and concelebrated by Father Melhoranca, the local parish priest, and was very well prepared by the parish community and had good participation from the parishioners, with great vocational motivation.

“It was with great joy and preparation that I awaited this celebratory moment, together with my family. For me, it was a moment in which I renewed once again my religious commitment to my family, to my sisters in the Congregation, and to the People, because I hold three loves very dear: my family, the Congregation of the Sisters of Jesus the Good Shepherd – Little Shepherdesses, my religious family, and the Church – the People of God, and especially the poorest. For all this I give thanks to God the Shepherd, who loved me and called me to follow his Son Jesus the Good Shepherd.”

Also included is the testimony of Sister Seli Rico, SJBP, who is part of Sister Rosa de Paula's novitiate group and is also celebrating her jubilee:

“I participated in the celebration of Sister Rosa de Paula's 50th anniversary of religious consecration, together with her family and parish community, uniting our voices and hearts to thank her for her life dedicated to Pastoral Mission in service to the People. I was immensely happy and grateful for the welcome from the participants, the people, family, and celebrating priests. It was an event of vocational promotion for the entire Community. Thank you, Sister Rosa, for giving me the opportunity to participate in this moment; I ask Jesus the Good Shepherd to continue nourishing you with the hope that does not disappoint.”
