From July 4th to 13th, 2025, we, Sisters Gabriele Camelo de Moraes and Elisabete Martins, participated in the 3rd Missionary Week at the Blessed Sacrament of the Eucharist Parish in Cachoeiro de Itapemirim, Espírito Santo. At the invitation of Father Aécio Honorato, MI—pastor and religious of the Camillian Fathers—we joined a true movement of faith and hope.

The meeting was attended by ten women's religious congregations, representatives from different states, as well as religious and lay missionaries. Together, we brought comfort, joy, and prayer to those most in need. During this blessed week, missionary activities included visits to the sick and elderly, meetings with catechists and young people, and moments of sharing that rekindled the passion for consecrated life.
As Saint Paul VI reminds us: "Mission is a tireless outreach to all humanity to invite it to encounter and communion with God." Every gesture was a sign of divine presence, echoing the call of Christ who sends his disciples into the world with tenderness and courage.
