Mission to Santiago del Estero

From July 20 to 26, Father Nacho, some lay members of the parish, and we sisters took part in a mission to two communities within the Our Lady of Lourdes Parish in the province of Santiago del Estero.

It was an experience of grace, teamwork, and sharing with the simple people of these areas.

There is great need amidst these realities; there is an urgent need for a strong Church presence, better-quality education, and spaces for prevention and support for adolescents and young people. Nevertheless, God makes His presence felt in the good hearts of the people—those who believe in Him, remain steadfast in their faith despite their hardships, and uphold the values ​​truly taught by Jesus.

On our way back, we visited the chapel of the Saint, Mamá Antula.

This was the fourth mission to this location, a place where we journey alongside so many brothers and sisters in the faith and experience mutual enrichment at every level.
