From 2-6 January 2023, in the House of the Divine Master in Ariccia (RM) we had the grace of living the experience of the Chapter, for the first time as a unified Province. We were accompanied by the theme "Rejoice from the sapiential reading of the charism we become integrated, missionary and vocational communities" illuminated by the biblical icon of the multiplication of the loaves, in particular by the expression: "You give them something to eat" (Mk 6:37) .

At the beginning of the Eucharistic celebration, presided over by Don Mario Llanos, SDB (moderator of the chapter), Sr Cesarina Pisanelli, provincial superior, called each Chapter sister by name, to commemorate our being summoned together by the Good Shepherd. In conclusion, Mother Celina Orsini wished us to live a good journey, accompanied by the Spirit and to have as our orientation, not personal interests, but the good of the Province.
Subsequently, gathered in assembly, Sr Aminta Sarmiento Puentes, superior general and Sr Lucia Piai, vicar general, presented us the Congregational reality, thanks to which we had the possibility of having an overall look at the different forms of apostolate in the realities in which we live enter.
On January 3, 2023, in the afternoon, we lived a time of deep and edifying spirituality, guided by Don Vito Fracchiolla, ssp. Stimulated by the objective "let us become integrated, missionary and vocational communities", he focused attention on the need to be a 'community', starting from the question "how to create a real community? Don Vito suggested four important points on which to reflect and discuss:
All have the same goal which is the search for holiness and configuration to Christ.
Reclaiming our identity as consecrated persons and consecrated for a specific mission.
Have the conviction and awareness that we live our consecration in communion with our brothers and sisters of the Congregation and that we carry out our specific mission as a community, not as single individuals.
We don't measure our commitment on that of others, but we ourselves are promoters and actors of good, regardless of what others do.
On the morning of January 6, 2023, we concluded the Chapter with the Eucharistic Celebration, during which Sr Cesarina invited us to hand over to the Lord all that we have experienced, in the certainty that: He who began the work will bring it to completion.
The experience of the Chapter was demanding, but also full of grace and blessing due to the fraternal atmosphere and communion we experienced and the richness of intergenerational dialogue.
