I praise and thank you, Lord, for the abundant blessings and graces you continue to shower upon me. Despite my unworthiness and weaknesses, you fill my life with surprises!
I am grateful for being admitted to the Postulancy last February 2, 2022. The acceptance rite was held during the Eucharistic Visit at our School Chapel in Lingayen, Pangasinan in the presence of the Pastorelle Sisters my two co-Postulants, Bea Collados and Mila Rose Abenis, and few friends of the Community. I was admitted to the Postulancy by Sr. Amparo Hilot, Provincial Councilor and Postulant Formator.
I consider my entrance to the Postulancy significant, because on this day, we celebrate the Feast of the Presentation of the Lord and the World Day of Consecrated Life. Therefore this double Feast is an occasion for those in the Consecrated life to reflect on their calling to radiate the light of Jesus Christ to all peoples. As Mary and Joseph presented Jesus in the temple, I, too, was presented to the Lord by Sr. Teresita Sosa, my Aspirant Formator, on behalf of the Community, to the next stage of formation.
Thank you, Sisters, for patiently accompanying me during my Aspirancy. I am confident that you will continue to sustain me with your prayers all the way in the next formative stage in which I hope will deepen my vocation to love and to follow Jesus Good Shepherd more intimately.
